6. Document Handling (Digitization Service)
Physical documents submitted for our Records Digitization & Archiving service are handled under the following protocol:
- Documents are kept at our Nonthaburi office only during the scanning and archiving process
- No copies are retained by Legara after the completed archive is delivered to the client
- Working files are deleted from our systems on delivery confirmation
- Physical documents are returned to the client in full
7. Data Retention
- Contact form data — retained for up to 24 months from the date of last contact, then deleted
- Client service records — retained for up to 3 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes, then deleted
- Analytics data — retained for up to 26 months, then deleted or anonymised
- Digitization working files — deleted immediately upon delivery of the finished archive
